The Arc of Lincoln/Lancaster County is offering a program called "Sibshops". This award-winning nationally affiliated program for youth ages 6-13 is uniquely designed to provide high-energy activities for siblings of children with developmental disabilities. Sibshops are a place where siblings may obtain peer support and education within a recreational context; while having fun, sibs connect with each other and share similar experiences. If interested, please call Tracey Peterson. 436-1153

Coolmath.com

This website enables you to have fun while playing fun games. There are stages on some of the games and the higher you go the harder it gets. There are not grade levels, but there is a section for kids and a section for people of ages 13 and up. A kid would think that this website is awesome because you can learn strategy, angles and just plain math all at one website. I strongly encourage for you to go to this website.

If you have a cool website that you would like other kids to know about please let us know! Write a review that includes:

The name of the website

A description of the games found there

The grades or levels for the games

And why kids would think it is fun

Remember: this is about learning, so please make sure the website is one that you could use while at school!

Give your review to Mrs. Peterson, and receive a small prize! Thanks!
